We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. - the staff were really helpful. - There is a good restaurant on site. - Conveniently located next to a shopping mall.

Very polite staff, breakfasts were marvellous.

We had a standard room and it included a private safe, a mini bar and an iron. Enjoyed watching swimming pool from the window. Exceptional services were available. Got complimentary 24-hour room service - they really care about guests. Its location was good and magnificent to world class dubai festival mall.

The good breakfast. The location is very good, close to where my daughter works.

Everything is great. Just the price is a little high.

The hotel has impressive rooms in a lovely area close to the golf course. the breakfast is marvelous with a variety of international cuisine served in the restaurant. - the staff is efficient, offering early check-in, and there is a fantastic bar. - the hotel has a nice design and provides good service throughout the property.

The location close to the activities planned on Dubai Festival City (dhow cruise, imagine show, Hard Rock Cafe)

We had to call the staff many times to get our suitcases up to our rooms. We had to wait 30min (or more) after the check-in for every second suitcase to be delivered. The second one was left at the entrance of the hotel unattended! The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the influx of customers.... We were told we had a room with a view at the time of check-in... false advertising!. The wait for the elevator is painfully long, especially to get down.
